Yes we all remember the story of Chicken Little telling everyone the sky is falling and the end was near. Of course if you listened to all the news about the economy we would all believe Chicken Little. Yes the economy is going through a change but you have to look at your own situation as well as provincially and federally. It is virtually impossible to not hear, read, or see something in the media on a frequent basis with regards to American housing market. I get asked many times if the Canadian and also the PEI market will follow suit. Even though we Canadians are following suit on the election - our campaign will be much shorter and hopefully less painful.

We have been using our new Century 21 website that is developed through Century 21 Canada and it works downward to each office and then each agent also have their own individual sites. By doing this when one of our listings is entered onto our office site- it is also on www.century21.ca and that individual agents site. It basically goes onto 7000 sites automatically.

I have recently attended a Website training seminar put on by Century 21 Canada. Some of the stats that were presented were that 85% of real estate buyers use a Real Estate Broker to sell their home and 71% of the properties were posted on the internet with the help of a real estate broker.
